Briefly about Chief of the Novice Village manga:
Tai Player, a necromancer with the profession of a black magician, was on the verge of being burned alive by the townspeople. But thanks to the help of the System, which was looking for someone to become Village Chief of a newly created village, he escapes from death and becomes a new Village Chief in a novice village. There, Tai Player starts his journey towards building his own harem.
